"Dealing with this agency for about 2 to 3 years every time I call agent is never available. Never get a call back with a reasonable matter of time maybe a day or two days after five questions really disappointed"

"State Farm is a lifesaver! Two weeks ago, my parked car was hit when another driver (insured by Progressive) accidentally accelerated into it. Despite having a police report and clear building video proving I wasn’t even in the car, Progressive spent 1.5 weeks "investigating" and was nearly impossible to reach. Fed up, I finally called State Farm. Within one hour, they had everything 100% handled—from the body shop to the rental car. Two days later, my car was fixed while Progressive was still "looking into it." State Farm is truly the first and last stop you’ll ever need. Thank you!"

"Customer service is POOR. You call and is always told the person you need to speak with is on the phone. You have to keep calling and calling and complain before you get someone to listen. I'm also and will transfer my accounts to another agent. It takes day before to get any help.( 3 auto coverage and 1 homeowner policy)"

"It is definitely an agency with troubles meeting customer expectation. At every level there are issues. I managed working around them at the expense of my own time. Most concerning however, and what I noticed over past couple of years is the high turnover in staff, leading to many of the issues. I m at the point where I m planning to try a different agency."

"horrible experience. gave me a difficult time to cancel the policy, I was reaching out an other insurance agent. Very rude. I do not recommend. They wanted to cancel the policy on their time. As a licensed agent I always work with my customers & they did the complete opposite."

"I had a few issues with not receiving invoices for payments due on my auto and homeowners policy. I receive a text and a letter stating they were late. I e been with State Farm for 30 plus years and never had an issue. I replied to my agent Lakitsia Gaines and Saribel replied right back to me and with in minutes the issue was resolved. Saribel is a model employee and should be recognized for her commitment to excellent service! 10 Stars to Saribel!!!"

"I should rate this agency - Zero stars.Horrible experience. It is too long to explain the public what I went thru .I canceled my policy 9/2 of last year. This agency not only did not cancel my policy on time but I spent 4 month and still waiting for my refund.Now I called Jasmine and they had my address wrong. I honestly believe this agency made all this mistakes on purpose. Can not conceive so many mistakes during 4 month unless incompetence.Too many mistakes.Hope nobody else goes thru this. I’m glad I left to other insurance company. Very sad that this agency represents State Farm which is standard company Ps in reviewing other refund 2 years ago another person had similar issue on getting her refund back. Too much of coincidence"
